Estimated shipping times:

  • International: 7–20 business days

For some locations, a unit/apartment number is required. Missing or incorrect information may result in delivery failure.

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:

  • Missing unit/apartment numbers
  • Failed delivery attempts

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address:

  • We can reship the item after confirming the correct address
  • Additional shipping fees will apply
