We want you to love your purchase from ThaiEyesShop. Because our products are handmade, please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery only for eligible items.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the handmade nature of our products:

  • Custom or personalized items cannot be returned
  • Sale items cannot be returned
  • Used or damaged items (not caused by us) are not eligible

Shipping & Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Missing unit/apartment numbers
  • Failed delivery attempts

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address:

  • We can reship the item after confirming the correct address
  • Additional shipping fees will apply

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, please place a new order.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days.

The item must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days

Please note that banks may take additional time to process refunds.
